this is probably a stupid question, but where is the line between intuitive eating and overeating drawn?

i just feel like i’m constantly eating, because i’m always hungry. i am not necessarily overweight but i do tend to eat a lot, and i am more than i would like to be. my weight fluctuates and depending on the day i am usually between 115-125 lbs, my ideal weight would be more like 100-110 though. also i’m a 5’1 female. today i ate 3 slices of pizza, a sandwich, a couple pieces of candy, 2 peaches, and 2 ice creams, which after writing it doesn’t seem like that much but i still haven’t had dinner and yesterday i ate over 4000 calories if i had to guess. i really don’t know why i’m always SO hungry, and how i can eat so much throughout the day, since i’m just eating regular meals and then snacking a ton, and still always be hungry. is this the same as binge eating? and how do i stop being hungry all the time?
