Every morning I wake up and I tell myself, "today I am going to snack less, I can do this"
And for the first few hours, I am good. I have breakfast and don't feel hungry. Then about an hour after lunch time, the wheels come off. I have a smoothie made of protein powder, a banana, an apple and almond milk for lunch most days.
The endless snacking I do between lunch and dinner totally derails my CICO goals and causes me to either maintain or gain weight when I want to lose weight. I need to lose weight. I am a good 50 lbs overweight, probably closer to 60.
I know what I am doing wrong but I can't seem to stop myself from doing it. What's wrong with me?
