Hi, i am 15 years old and i am almost my whole life fat but so a month and a half ago i realized that i actually want to look good and so i started eat less, less added sugar etc .. i lost around 7 kilograms but now i again started eating more and drinking sugar drinks and gained again around 1,5 kilograms back. I just love sugar and food idk what to do anymore (Plus i have free pizza etc because im from pizza family): D Can you please advise me how to get back to it and not stop? Forgot to mention my weight and height. Im 181cm and 94.5kg-96kg, it depends on how much I drank / ate last day.
