Overate way too much. Need some tips please

Hey everybody, I'm just wondering if anybody can provide some help or tips to me regarding what to do if we overeat alot.

I travelled and had whatever I wanted from restaurants and some had nutritional information while many of them didnt. So I estimated my calories in myfitnesspal and logged each day. But in the end, I think I have had a excess of 10 000 calories throughout the whole time. So I'm just worried that will my progress be ruined by this? I'm just not sure what I should really do.

My deficit that I was eating at before travel was 1850 ish calories from around 2350 so I was thinking should I just eat around 1150 calories (-700 calories) for about 14 days, which can make up this excess of 10 000 calories? Since my deficit was 1850 but I wanna make up for this amount of excess that I had. And then should I go back to my 1850 calories a day once I make up the excess calories? Or should I do anything else?

Please if anybody can give tips I would appreciate it.
