Well… I’ve put it off for long enough but today’s the day. We start in earnest.
At my daughter’s 1st birthday party I was breathless chasing toddlers. This hasn’t crept up on me I know I’ve been heading towards my personal rock bottom and I’m almost relieved I’m there with nowhere left to hide. Time to make a change.
I’m gonna kick start with a month or 3 (or more) on shakes and muscle chef meals and go from there. Everything going through my fitness pal.
According to my bathroom scales my starting weight is: ‘Err’ … which I wasn’t expecting. That means I’m at least 155kg.
So yeah… this week I’ll get myself weighed properly and I’ll check back in next week.
