For a bit of context, I work as a coordinator making jammies and lounge wear. When I started working here, I was thrown a size large Robe, to use when I'm cold. It never fit before so I would have to use it as a shawl, while I could get my arms in it, there wasn't any way I could move my arms once on. That's fine, I only needed for a little warm up time during the winter.
Today it's stormy out, and the office is cold. No worries there, I have my shawl robe right? Well, I figured I'd actually try and wear it today and I learnt that, while this is probably a large that fits big since it's a robe with no stretch, but I can move freely in it, and even tie it up. I'm sitting here grinning as each small victory reminds me I've finally got this getting healthy thing mostly figured out. It was a good way to start a dreary morning. :)
It truly is amazing what CICO and some walking sprinkled in can do, maybe with a bit of lazy intermittent fasting thrown in too. (is it IF if you just don't like eating in the morning?)
Edit: 1 word. thanks autocorrect.
