Hello! I'm 38 Male, 6'4", start weight 259, current weight 249, goal weight 220 or below. It's been roughly two weeks and so far I've lost ten pounds. I have a twin brother who is also losing weight with me. I have completely revamped my diet. I use to drink coffee/water in the morning and at work and eat out for lunch, followed with whatever for dinner and 6 pack of booze. I'm now eating salads, lean protein, cheese, nuts, and fruit for snacks. I have also grabbed my 6 year old and gone for evening walks almost every evening. The only down side to this new diet is the diarrhea! Any idea when that'll end??
