I was very healthy until I got really sick in February 2020. Since then, I have had phlegm and coughing everyday and my chest hurts if I cough too much. Also my chest cracks like when I crack my back if I stretch my arms upwards or fix my hair. (My back cracks because I've had sciatica ever since I had a ballet injury at 12). I have been running everyday for 2.5 years.
I go on diets very often for 5 years now, 3 years ago when I was hungry, my back would seize up until I ate. It was extremely painful.
Then my next diet, my left rib would ache when I was hungry and would cease when I ate.
I went on another diet this year because I want to lose 20 lbs. (I'm 130 and I started at 190 lbs 4 years ago). However since I started this new diet, i have a horrible siezing chest pain until I eat.
Help! I don't understand whats going on. I eat very clean food because I've always had trouble digesting lots of fatty foods or high in oil foods. I ruled out all my snacks and eat small breakfast and small dinner but a large lunch.
TLDR: Ever since I started my new diet, my chest hurts and seizes up when I'm hungry.
