What to do after a brain tumor

(26F) I need help. It seems that no matter how much I restrict diet and exercise I can't lose weight. I recently was diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma, a tumor the size of a cherry on my pituitary. Along with this, I was diagnosed with acromegaly, an excess of growth hormone, caused by the tumor. I had the tumor removed in March and have been put on levothyroxine to treat the potential hypothyroidism I have as a result of the surgery.

I've skyrocketed to ~160-170 lbs at 5'3". I was my most comfortable at 130 lbs, which even then is higher than I was recommended. I feel so hopeless. Sometimes, I look in the mirror and think I've improved and am losing the weight, but the scale tells me the exact opposite. I've reduced my calories to as low as I've been told is safe. I exercise everyday, either walking at least 5 miles or doing a mix of Les Mills videos and walking. I'm on my feet a lot of the day as a BHT, just like a teacher would be. Any support or advice would be greatly welcome.
