I am F, 174 CM, and used to be 71 kg, I am skinny fat. My body stores fat mostly at belly, face and thighs, and it looks weird, today I am at 68.5 which varies sometimes to 69kg. I m trying to lose weight since April, but every time my weight comes to 68 , then I just regain it if I lose control even for second. My goal weight is 63-64kg. I gained 6-7 kg in 2020 post break up when I decided to ise food to cover feelings(don't ever do this). With little breath holding, and since I am tall I am able to carry my weight easily but I don't like what I see in mirror when I am naked.
Currently I am eating 1500-1700 cals per day, so. Sometimes I go as low as 1100. I brisk walk everyday 5-6km in one hour. And I follow intermittent fasting of 14:10 and sometimes 16:8. Can someone suggest what else I can do for better results?
