i m 5‘6, went from (137-125)lost 12 pounds in the past 3 months,but i recently haven‘t lsot anymore. i was eating about 1250+,whilst exercising.but i upped my calories because i was feeling very tired and irritable. currently eating 1400+
on Instagram, i recently came across diet breaks. and i was wondering if anyone out there has done a diet break ,and if it worked for you or not. I’m hesitant to start one in fears of losing all my progress/slowing it down. Does a diet break speed up/slow down weight loss? and how do i know when i should start a diet break? because i have a few more pounds to loose
