basically - 14,m, 173 cm, 88 kg, Indian, vegetarian, been trying to lose weight since last year, only exercised in the start, then started to not eat any junk food and drinks, looked overweight, not obese, thought BMI was ~24, realized my weight is 88, not 78, BMI is 30, help me
I only drink water and milk, I wake up at 6 and go to walk for ~40 mins. I am also going through puberty so I don't know if stuff like soy is ok to eat (sadly got moobs when I was 12).I can and eat only food made by my parents( which is also only healthy). I tried using a calorie calculator and I have to eat ~3300 per day and started dieting two months ago by eating 200 calories less every day. I still have no result in weight or anything. sorry if this is formatted badly but please help me, i'll literally do anything now
