:( I was so proud of myself for hitting my first milestone of 145lbs, I was finally back down to the weight I started at before gaining weight. But it didn’t last as now I’m back up to 148lbs and I’ve un done all of the work I put I for the last couple of weeks. I know weight fluctuates but this is from binge eating as two days ago I felt so hungry and ate way too many snacks like ice cream, chocolate rice cakes, pancakes for dessert :(. Then yesterday I ate a brownie, ice cream and randomly decided to eat a cheese sandwich before bed, even though I’d ate some butternut squash for dinner. I just wish I could eat the food I like without gaining weight instantly :(. It feels like the only way I can lose weight is borderline starvation.
