So after all the support on Thursday I redownloaded MyFitnessPal and updated all my info, cleared all the old stuff to make a fresh start. I rechecked my TDEE and dropped an extra 200kcals off my allowance but still keeping it sane. First day I stayed under by 400, yesterday 150 (because I went to a WI meeting and there was cake!)
I’ve decided I have to take each day separately and not even think long term. My mind seems to be in the right place so all I can do it keep on trucking. I’m trying to keep my hands busy with non food things. I’ll keep checking in as you lot seem a better bet ( and cheaper tbh) than a diet group
