I (26f) started my weightloss journey in December 2019. I started at 206.8 pounds. I'm 5'4" so my BMI was well into the obese range. I managed to lose 54 pounds and get down 152.8 at my lowest, which was last September. Unfortunately, since then I have put back on 10 pounds. I can see it, I can feel it, I hate it, but I'm not willing to backslide any further. I am determined to lose about 30 more pounds. My goal weight is 135. I want to have abs by Christmas. So tomorrow morning starts the intense workouts and strict meal plans with macro and calorie counting. Any advice or encouragement welcome.
