Fitness tracker - what do you use or recommend for overall health?

Hoping for advice on one of those wearable trackers and maybe some general advice. Do you use a tracker? Why do you use the one that you do? I have an android phone.

I want accuracy, to track a lot of things, and analysis/guides on some basic things like protein goals, heartrate target windows, sleep patterns, as much as it can really. I'm not against getting a full smart watch if it has the most of those features but I dont care much about notification/texting features etc.

About a month ago I had a bit of a late night panic attack and started making gradual but major lifestyle changes. My goal is overall health and fitness, I do need to lose weight but I'm trying not to fixate on that and just focus on improving my health, strength, and habits. I'm tracking my food and exercise manually right now in myfitnesspal, but I've also been trying to practice better sleep hygiene etc. I started going to the gym every morning before work for 30 min, and Tuesdays and Thursdays I do a circuit of weights the gym has set up to hit most muscle groups in that time. MWF I just bike. I've felt more in tune with and curious about my body than I ever have and I see everyone at the gym with a fitness tracker watch :)

I am down 6 lbs already so that feels great. (I am large enough that 6 lb isnt very much of an accomplishment % wise tho, for perspective, but it means I'm doing something right for now!) I love gadgets and was thinking about getting a fitness tracker if I stick with this as a motivating/celebratory gift when I get down 10-20lb. But I have no idea where to start. i've heard garmin might actually be better for a fitness watch than fitbit? I love analysing data and want to track my food, exercise, heart rate, sleep, and anything else it can health wise tbh. I like having myfitnesspal tell me to eat more protein or whatever. I play video games and I think gamifying this process a bit and wanting to beat my previous "scores" would help a lot. What watch products should I look into? I've only ever heard of fitbit and while googling Fitbit i found a review that said Garmin was better and thats about the extent of my knowledge haha
