So, I lost around 45 lbs and got down to 130 lbs which is the lightest I’ve ever been, though I still had about 14lbs to go to reach my goal weight. The last two or three months have been so bad for me fitness wise - in between illness and surgery and poor mental health, I’ve just let myself slip and gained like 10 lbs and I’m so frustrated with myself but can’t seem to stop. I can’t seem to stick to a workout routine like I used to and I’m eating badly and a LOT and feeling horrible about it.
What’s your advice to get back on track? I really need some help, because I just can’t seem to get back to where I was and I don’t want to gain anymore or lose all my progress. Just want to start feeling good again.
