Fear of not having vegetables in the house.

I've realised that I get very anxious when I'm out of fresh vegetables and can't do grocery till maybe a few days, my meals are still pretty healthy, maybe a little more carbs but still eating proteins and fruits as snacks.

Even tho my diet is still pretty balanced and 10times better than what it used to be and that I'm not gaining during these few days, I still feel so anxious and keep having this mindset that I'm being unhealthy.

Mainwhile, I'm eating maybe eggs and whole grain bread for breakfast, fruits as snacks, chicken and a small portion of rice for dinner. Pretty normal just a bit of green missing, nothing compared to eating chips and noodles breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Idk if anyone else feels this way as well?

So far what is helping me is having canned corn and beans in the pantry, I can always do a quick chilli or a beans salad with canned tuna. I know many keep frozen vegetables but tbh, I don't really like them.

I need to remind myself that I didn't became overweight over night by eat a bit of extra carbs..
