How can i start eating healthier and resist cravings?

So I'm 15 and wanting to lose a few kilograms, and i decided i would completely cut out junk food, soda and pastas/noodles from my diet, as well as try to avoid eating bread.

Problem is, my family often eats these foods, and my parents will bring me chips or some kind of juice/soda. Since I've gotten so used to eating these types of foods, i find it hard to resist when they're presented to me, and so, its been hard to stick to my diet.

Additionally, I'm an extremely picky eater, if something is slightly different than usual, i won't eat it, so things like chips are something i can always turn to when there is nothing else to eat. I like eating certain fruits, but there's little variety in the fruit my parents buy so i get bored easily. As for vegies, its very hard to get my parents to buy the vegies i like(carrots, peas, lettuce, spinach, corn etc).

At the end of the day, it feels like junk food is something i always turn to, and i want to change that, so any advice is appreciated.
