New here… just wanted to say hello to the r/loseit community and share what’s happening with me.
Been a bigger guy since my teens and now in my early 30s, so over half my life now. I’ve had occasions in the past of losing a bit and exercising more / calorie counting etc., which worked, but never managed to stick at it.
I’ve always done it alone though, and maybe for the wrong reasons, so hoping a bit of help from the great people of Reddit and (hopefully) sharing some progress along the way will help me.
Ive accepted that it’ll take some time to get there, but looking forward to the challenge. Feeling positive.
Anyway… just wanted to say hi. Wish me luck!
