So looking for what is most commonly used for recommending daily calories. I've Google and there are so many and vary by as much as 500 calories a day!
I'm looking to reduce calories for some weight loss but nothing crazy drastic.just enough to lose the fat and not muscle.
I'm currently 5'9 and now 220. (Was 217 last week) I consume approximately 2000 calories a day 190 grams of protein 210 grams if carbs 30-50 grams of fat.
All clean, no junk food or soda and yet I put on 3lbs vice losing. (Smoked boneless chicken breast, oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries are a staple to my diet)
I do work out 5 days a week and burn 200 calories a day doing cardio.
Just need to know what I truly need to maintain weight so I can cut that by about 500 calories or so.
Thank you
