Beginner to intermediate lifting program, which is the best one?

Hello, I've done some digging around on many reddit pages, but I've been tossed around many different ideas. Some say upper lower 4x a week is good, some say SL 5X5 3x a week is good, some full body 3x a week.

I've just recently joined the gym but I was doing compound lifts at home for a few months but my one Rep Maxes for bench and squat are like 145.

My current goals are to shred body fat. So I'm on a slight caloric deficit, not too big as I just did a massive cut last year, which at first didn't go well as I had no knowledge about maintaining muscle mass, so I've been left with a high bf% about 20%.

However, I'd like the output of the most ideal lifting program to ensure I'm able to maintain muscle, maybe even build some newbie gains, or maybe from body recomp?

I love training I can easily go 5-6x a week and I make sure to track all my calories and macros and take my supplements like fish oil, zinc, magnesium, multi vitamin, and vitamin d3. And I get like 6-8 hours of sleep every day.

Also I've been skeptical about going with the Jeff Nippard Fundamental program for begginers but like i don't feel comfortable enough to do some of those movements like hip thrusts.
