Not seeing the scale move. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey all. I'm currently 3 weeks in to my regiment and while I lost a few lbs in the first week (likely water weight) I haven't seen the scale move in two weeks.

I am a 240 LB 6 foot male. 31 yo. When I calculated my calories for maintenance I went at a 30% deficit to 2100 which is what I eat every day. I am following a 40-30-30 macro (40 protein) to maintain muscle. I am on a delivery meal plan and scan all my meals into my carb manager app for accurate calorie and macro nutrient counts. I have no cheat meals and don't drink alcohol.

For exercise I'm doing 10 miles a day every day on a Stationary bike. And every other day I do an hour of weight lifting to build muscle.

This week I started do 15:9 intermittent fasting as well.

Simply put I'm not seeing the scale move. I'll admit I do feel like I look thinner, and I want to hope that I'm burning fat while putting on muscle, but I'm worried that I'm just not making any progress. Especially for how strict I am about the diet and exercise.

Any advice?
