Hi i was a past User of the subreddit and i lost about 16 pounds, i went from 216 to 200 and struggled with my image. I didn't want to lose weight and wanted to stay 200 but I've gained a lot since I've stopped going to the gym I'm currently about 225. I recently went to the doctor and my hormones arw imbalanced and i have a cyst on my ovaries, my doctor said i need to lose about 40kg(88 pounds) if i want to be able to have kids and stay healthy, I'm only 16 as well so i got a little upset and decided i wanted to make change. I don't eat too much but it's more of WHAT i eat. I'm afraid of having loose skin and saggy breast :( i have a partner who told me they domt care what happens to me as long as I'm healthy and happy but i want to be happy when i look in the mirror, you might say my skin with be fine but i already have a little saggy skin. I'm also scared of losing my figure and chest. Do anyone have any tips or expirences to help me out a little to see where to start
