Am losing control, would appreciate some help or advice!

I’ve recently(last 2 weeks) started to binge and it’s getting worrying. It’s like walking into the kitchen 20 times and getting food each time. Worst I’ve done was 1) 6 trips for 6 mini Magnums, 2)countless trips to make pb2 with bread ( I finished the whole loaf LOL), 3) 3 servings of oatmeal that I don’t even enjoy.

All the time I know I shouldn’t do it but my body seems to be functioning on it’s own.. and it’s affecting my mood too, like I get angry at my mom for buying so much food home.

Really really want to fix this as I wish to lose my last 3-5 kg to achieve my goal weight of 62kg. I’ve been overweight since forever and have dropped from about 72 kg to 65-66 in last 3-4 months. Lowest I’ve gone was 62.9 in my log book. Was so close but I lost control.

Am also late on my period, last was 60 days ago so I’m concerned. Not sure if this is causing me to binge? Because I’ve heard stories of dieting causing period loss and subconsciously my mind is telling me to eat more to get my period?

I’m 5’3, today’s weigh in @ 65.5kg. Daily calories I set for myself is 1400 kcal with 120g protein.

Any advice is greatly appreciated 😢 Also stopped strict IF but still not having breakfast as I train in the morning and work starts shortly. Usually break my fast at 1130-12, but no limit on starting my fast.
