Happy Monday! I hope it was an easy one filled with joy & delicious semi responsible calories!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Log every morning. Progress over perfection.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): 1800 today. Yesterday was a bit out of hand after I posted. Holidays will sneak up on you.
Exercise 5 days a week: Much walking today down by the river trail plus some really gross gardeny chores, lotsa sweat today. 4/5 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Made extra time for it today. Feeling bueno.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for quiet time, extra time to sleep in & cuddle the old lady kitty, healthful calories, good caffeine & so much sunshine.
