hi so i’m currently using pamela reifs ig workout programs (45 min sweaty) but i’m joining a gym soon. this is so overwhelming to me i’ve never been and it’s scary to think about bc i don’t like being judged. also as much as i try to correct it i don’t think i have very good posture or like the way to do certain moves which stresses me out people will see and judge.
so to reduce anxiety of what to do does anyone have like a program guide type thing of what to do at the gym? eg. today do this many reps on this machine and this much on this one etc. bc i have no clue about the machines and stuff
any advice would be great. i’m just looking to lose a bit of belly weight and lean down. i’m 18f if that counts
