[M25 SW: 265lbs CW: 290lbs] about 2yrs ago I got down to 210lbs but felt super sick and was an anxious wreck. Right now I feel good daily, but way out of shape. I went from active walk around college student to desk jockey. I now have a phobia that if I do the hardcore dieting I did to lose the weight I'll feel sick and anxious all the time again. HELP!
I tried to lose weight again back in the summer. Bought a hardcore mtn bike. Went 3 times a week. Somehow ended up gaining 20lbs. This winter I decided I would try weight training. I started lifting 4 days/ week with a bike or hike one time a week. I'm currently on week 3 into this new plan. Gained 2lbs so far.
As a random example of diet, today I had: Skinny mocha/ half betos California burrito for breakfast. Water/ other half for lunch. Protein bar after lifting. Fish, green beans, and rice for dinner.
On a side note, do any of you guys have trainers that lost a lot of weight that you follow on YouTube or IG? Looking for inspiration.
