I've (21M, 5ft 11) lost about 16kgs since May (98kgs to 82kgs). I had a plateau to break into the 80s but this is much harder to break.
Over the holiday period I went off my diet for abit (still under 2000 kcals and should not have gained weight). Now I'm showing on 85.1. I went home for only a week where I ate holiday food so I don't think it's possible to have gained 3+ kgs.
I've been having trouble getting lower than 82 for the past month and now just got pushed back - I feel so shit
I'm thinking about water fasting to lose water weight and restablise my diet
I'm so close to my target weight of 77kgs too
Has anyone experienced this? Should I go harsher on my diet?
