Hi guys, just started my diet yesterday so far so good. Another thing, when youre tracking your calories it actually makes you eat less food than your decided limit, if that makes sense. Anyway i cant really go to the gym because my parents dont allow it. Im 16, male, 5'5" and i used to play alot of football(soccer). I gained about 15kg over the last 9 months because i stopped playing. Football kept me the fittest ive ever been. Bit anyway thats changed now. Im aware that doing these tyoes of routines will eventually lead you to lose muscle mass which is a big No but im willing to do this on my own responsiibility and aware of the consequences. I just need a suggestion or an approval if this will work (even for the short term because it isnt sustainable anyway) Thanks.
