Visual loss tracking

Hi Lose it family! I’ve searched the page and couldn’t see anything of this nature (I think). I’m hoping for some ideas about how you’ve seen or how you track your weight loss in a visual form. Or anything else perhaps that really helps to keep you on track?

The idea that prompted this question, as an a example: A woman had two vases one for ‘weight to lose’ the other ‘weight lost’. Weight to lose is filled with ping pong balls and each ball has a value ie. 500g, 1kg, 5kg depending how much you have to lose. As you drop certain amounts you move a ping pong over to the ‘list’ jar. She suggested also allocating certain dollar values to each ball and you put those $$ away as you lose, for a clothing shopping trip at the end.

Seems a great little mental/visual tactic to stay on track. Would LOVE to hear everyone else’s methods?

Thank you all. X
