Hello Loseit Community,
My wife and I are both trying IF for the first time. We are trying to keep our IF schedules the same since we do most of our meals together. However, I am a very early riser and she is not. My usual routine involves having a cup of coffee about 2-3 hours before we eat breakfast, which is when we want the eating window to start. Does coffee outside of the IF eating window ruin the benefits?
Normally I drink my coffee with a small amount of fat free, unflavored soy milk. If coffee in general is alright, would it need to be black coffee to get all of the benefits of IF or could I keep using the soy milk?
