I’m restricting and exercising but haven’t lost a single pound or inch. What could be the culprit?

I’m 26F, 5’6, and 170lb. My starting weight is 170lb. I have changed my lifestyle entirely, and have not lost a single pound over the past 2 months.

  • I eat well below my TDEE.
  • I maintain a low-carb diet (not keto).
  • I make sure to eat balanced meals and drink my recommended glasses of water per day.
  • I exercise moderately: 3-5 days a week I hit the treadmill for a 30min light jog (5.5mph) + ~15 mins of very light weight exercises (nothing more than 25lb).
  • I take water pills to no effect.
  • thyroid is perfect.
  • no known conditions otherwise.
  • in addition to this: I’m on Vyvanse, a stimulant, so I’m hardly ever hungry (I still eat of course, it’s just forced)

What the hell could this possibly be? The scale hasn’t even budged — when it has budged, it shoots right back up the next day. My measurements haven’t budged. Is my scale broken? Am I broken?
