I have been trying to lose weight this past year. Last summer, I was really determined to lose weight so I ran 2 hours a day (6 miles) and did resistance training for 30 minutes while eating about 1200 calories a day. I started in June at 155 lbs and in December I was 120 lbs. I am 5ft tall. During this process, I was hungry all the time and very angry since I wouldn't let myself eat the food my family was eating in order to lose weight. During the holidays, I let myself eat what I liked and now I am 130lbs. I tried eating less but these days I can't seem to eat less than 2000 calories. If I eat less, I feel very upset, hungry, and irritated at everyone. I only run for 1 hour now and do resistance training for 30 minutes since I am more busy and I don't have the time to spend that much time exercising. What should I do?
