How to calculate calorie deficit/maintenance - which websites are considered accurate?

Hi all,

So i put my stats into https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html?ctype=metric&cage=29&csex=m&cheightfeet=5&cheightinch=10&cpound=165&cheightmeter=183&ckg=90&cactivity=1&cmop=0&coutunit=c&cformula=m&cfatpct=20&printit=0&x=96&y=19

And its saying my bmr is around 1900, ive seen many say to aim for 500 calorie deficit.. So i should be aiming for 1400 average?

Just wanted to check that is correct? - also if not is there a website thats considered accurate?

Thanks all

Edit* im adding my stats as i just got insta removed for not enough information.

29m, 183cm, 89 to 90kg. (these are the stats i used for thr calorie calculator)

And my target weight it 75kg.
