How does one deal with excessive hunger?

19F, SW: 127 CW: 124lb, GW: 105lb, height: 5’0”as

To lose weight, I’ve basically cut out all sugars and all carb products- my only carbs come from vegetables now. I eat only meat, veggies, and cheese, with things like butter thrown in. I’ve been doing this for a week so obv I haven’t lost any real weight, just water weight for now. I walk a mile and do core exercises each day.

The problem is that I’m always hungry. Before, during, and after eating. It wanes after a meal for maybe ten minutes but them comes back. I feel lightheaded standing up sometimes (only recently today) but I don’t grab snacks because with my small TDEE I can’t afford to. But I swear, my appetite is infinite.

How long into weight loss does this last? Will I ever feel satiated? Or is incessant hunger a sign I’m doing this right? I just always feel empty.
