Hey all! I've been trying to keep track of my caloric intake on-and-off for about a year now. I'm 5'2'' and pretty active, but currently at 140lbs and trying to lose weight with a goal of 125lbs.
My question is.... what do y'all eat?? I try to keep to a pretty protein rich diet, and I try to keep my caloric intake at 1600 a day, but damn, I still absolutely fall asleep hungry half the time. I see so many people on this sub who are all "yeah, I just do 1200 calories a day and run" and I just... how? How do you do that and not suffer and die??
I'm being dramatic, but it's a serious question.
