The past few weeks my grocery store has been out of these cookies I love. They’re maybe 150 calories and organic. Initially I didn’t know what I could find to replace them. I missed that sweet the first week. But here I am on the third week of them being out, and I realize - I don’t miss them. I was eating them more often than not because I was bored or they were there. So thank you Kroger for not having them in stock!
My advice: the first few days of cutting something out from your diet are the hardest. But don’t give up - it’s never going to be easy to lose that weight, but small steps will make it happen. We’ve got this!
