So Thursday marked my 1 week mark since I started counting calories and working on a 1200 calorie or less diet. I weighed myself on Thursday and I lost 9.8 pounds in this first week! I'm feeling VERY happy and even more motivated than before.
Previous Weight: 269.8 lbs.
Current Weight: 260 lbs.
Weight Lost: 9.8 lbs.
I can't tell a difference in much yet, to be totally honest, but I'm not really expecting to notice any major changes until I lose more weight. I do feel like my face has a little less chin now, but I don't know for sure. Either way, I feel very happy and very proud of myself. This is something I've never been able to accomplish before and I really wanted to share it!
