I’ve really struggled with motivation for years. I am only slightly overweight, but I have low self esteem and would like to get back to a weight I am more comfortable with, in the hope that it helps to improve my self-confidence. I’ve tried on and off to ‘diet’ for literally years, but have always given up and then beaten myself up for giving up. Well I have just hit a 10 day streak on my calorie counting app, with daily exercise. I know it might not stay this way in the long term, but I’m super happy with myself for the moment! Hoping it continues, and I’ll carry on using this community for inspiration!
