25F. 315lbs. 5’10”.
I have struggled with obesity since middle school age. I’m a picky eater (no excuse, i know) so diets have never been successful. I try workouts for a bit and then get discouraged or bored and just give up until the next time... I’m pretty sure I’m addicted to sugar, i crave sweet snacks constantly. Since COVID and working from home I’ve reach my heaviest weight. I do workout and use apple activity on my Apple Watch to track it. I’ve debated not making this post multiple times but I’m hoping i can use this page to hold myself accountable and stay encouraged seeing others accomplishments.
please leave any advice for controlling cravings and increasing metabolism.
