Hi Everyone!
Stats in Flair, but I've lost 30 lbs since June and am approaching my Ultimate Goal Weight of 135 LBS or 61KG.
The issue is, as expected, my base calories has been going down as I've been losing weight. It started out around 1450 and is now 1240. I am very iffy about eating that little and have, for the past couple of weeks, been trying my best to stay satiated by dipping into volume eating but still feel like I'm doing my body a disservice by eating so low, especially for my height and activity level (I work out 5x a week).
I am on the fence on reducing my weight goal to 0.25 Kg or about a half a pound a week. Its because it will take me double the time to reach my goal, but that would only be 4 months for 8 or so pounds anyways. What do y'all believe I should do and do you have any advice?
