Thursday! Can you believe we're three weeks into January? Damn man.
Weigh in daily, enter into Libra & report here even if I don't like it: 228.6 lbs, 231.3 lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1800): Binner with a side of roasted veggies this fine evening, 1887 ish. 15/18 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk plus 30 minute stationary bike. 19/21 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket): Gonna be a long shower in my future. Yes queen.
Try a new recipe once a week: Creamy pesto spaghetti squash, creamy mushroom lentils, acorn squash with vanilla sugar, a new variant on green chili, bean mash & a honey mustard broccoli salad that really tickled me. Also I have air fried at least 4 veggies & a fruit or two so I feel like that counts as new. 7/5 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: I'm grateful for feeling a little bit better about my body & life lately. I'm mindful that holy crapola are my calves sore. I also saw a puppy corgi today & let's all be grateful for those little bread butts.
