Happy Sunday! Any of you guys meal prepping? Would love your recipes.
Weigh in daily, enter into Libra & report here: 232.4 lbs, 234.7 lbs trend weight. Reporting even if I don't like it!
Stay within calorie range (1800): Maintenance today. Had a good week, want to make sure I'm not pushing too hard a deficit without over doing it. 6/8 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 60 minute walk in the brrg cold. 10/10 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket): Chill time today.
Try a new recipe once a week: Acorn squash with vanilla sugar, a new variant on green chili, bean mash & a honey mustard broccoli salad that really tickled me. 4/5 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I'm grateful for lots of things up and including dogs, cats, Homeward Bound on Disney plus, classical composers & the idea of moose without having to meet one.
