I wish I was losing weight as quick as I'm losing motivation, but it's day 25 of the new year and I've lost nothing. I started eating better last year, but decided to go in on eating in a deficit and exercising. I've been doing this for almost a month and have seen not an ounce lost. I have been doing cardio, not building muscle, and eating 1400 calories a day (over a 1200 calorie deficit). I did this last year around July and lost 20 pounds. I'm doing even better than I was last year, and I'm still where I shouldn't be hitting a plateau yet, but its not working. I'm confused and tried of this. I want to know what I'm doing wrong, I'm already behind in my goal and I just started.
