I used to go to the mall a lot to order food, and I've been sticking with my diet for nearly two months counting everything I eat
I got mall food again but was determined to include it in my calories, and even split the food in half and had it over two days instead of just inhaling it all in one day
The problem is, I have no idea how to calculate this

I think it might be just chicken pieces sauced up, but it might be breaded I'm not sure.
So I usually get rice which has peas and carrots, sweet corn, and the meat.
I put it into my calculator as 2000 calories, but would anyone happen to have any insight into if this is accurate?
