Women on LoseIt: Help. I've messed up :(

I'm certain that I've messed this up for myself big time.

After 3 months, I think I've really lost my period...I heard that amenorrhea was possible but i thought since I was pretty chunky and overweight that it wouldn't happen to me. Well, I was wrong. To top it off, i'm sure that my hair is thinning: it's not that it's coming out in clumps or anything, but there's more of it that comes out in strands when I run my hands through my hair or pull the hair out of my hairbrush.

I feel so dumb and stupid and panicked and I really have no idea what to do. What i've read online is so confronting: all this talk of 2500+ calories or more and no exercise. I've booked a doctors appointment for later this week but, has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, what did you have to do to fix it? Is it fixable? Is it the end of the world? because, at this current moment, it really does feel that way to me right now....I think it feels so much worse because I was so geniunely convinced I was doing the right thing when I started my weightloss journey. I guess not....God, I'm an idiot.

I think what is the most soulcrushing is that I know the steps I have to take to fix it are probably going to undo everything I've done - and I just have to deal with that because there's no point to all of this if I'm damaging my body and putting my health at risk....

If anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear it...it really feels like I'm taking stabs in the dark right now and it's all so hopeless :(

I know reddit is not the place for medical advice, and I definitely will go see a doctor and get some professional advice but here's some stats and info in case it helps give a better idea of the continual fucks up I've made :(

I started my weightloss in June or so, and went really intense. I exercised 6 days with high intensity cardio (sometimes 2-3 times a day). That only lasted a month (ish) before I reduced to 5 days and only exercising once a day. About 2 months ago I switched to weights and reduced my cardio even further. Currently, I'm still doing 5-6 days at the gym (planning on going down to 4) with majority weights and then supplemetary cardio (medium to low intensity).

I did cut really aggressively in the beginning too, but after a month or so I couldn't keep it up so I reintroduced carbs and such so my diet isn't too bad at the moment? The only thing I don't do much of is processed carbs and refined sugar (that's mostly because of my acne though), that and dairy (lactose intolerance makes that hard). I'd say I averaged around 1400 calories (with some low periods due to external stress, probably 1100 or less. Again, didnt last more than a few weeks before I came back to 1400-1500 calories a day). And, I wasn't eating back any calories burned from exercise.
