Struggling to lose the last 15-20

So I've gone from 340-210 in the course of a little more than a year and it was surprisingly easy with no plateus but I've been stuck around 210 since August. I cut out snacking completely and I can only manage to down to 206 and then I go right back up to 210 and stay there. Im 6ft and workout 5 days a week, according to the many TDEE calculators I've found i should eat around 2500-2600 to lose 1pound a week. Well I try to eat anywhere between 1800-2100 so in theory I should be in a deficit. I track everything I put in my mouth so I'm kind of baffled why just at the very end its becoming a true uphill battle. Any advice is appreciated!
