I've suffered with gout for a few years and it seems like it's slowly getting worse as time goes on. I recently had a flare up after trying to do some jogging to lose a bit of weight and now I can barely walk on my foot.
I want to be able to exercise at home to lose some weight. I need something that will get the blood pumping but something that doesn't require any kind of running/jogging or anything that will put pressure on my toe as it's really quite painful.
It really sucks as I like running and wanted to get into it but the day after I try even a chilled jog for 20 minutes, my gout flares up and I can barely walk for about a week.
