I’m a month into my cut and it’s going good. I’m maintaining nearly all of my muscle so far.
However, I’m in the Army and I have to ruck like 18+ miles tomorrow through Thursday.
Am I good to load the fuck up on carbs, protein, and overall calories today that way I’m not in too much of a deficit for the week?
I figured since I’ll be rucking 18 miles in full kit, with a 45 lb ruck, an LMG, and through loose sand that it wouldn’t put me in a surplus if I ate a bit more today.

*tl;dr* gonna be burning an ungodly amount of calories from tomorrow-Thursday. Can I pig out today and be fine?
